Project Management Professional (PMP)

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must-have for any successful Project Manager. PMP Certification is the gold standard by which project managers are measured. Our course trains you to understand any project by scope, cost, time, and quality, as well as be able to individually manage each of these aspects. The Project Management Body of Knowledge is used as a guideline for the topics that this course will cover, ensuring that by the end of the class, students will be fully prepared to pass the PMI Project Management Professionals examination.

DURATION: 40 hours

PREREQUISITES

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
  • 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education

Or

  • Four-year degree
  • 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Achieve PMP Certification
  • Understand the project management process and tasks involved
  • Participate in the planning and executing of the project
  • Understand the methodology to manage multiple projects simultaneously
