Microsoft Project 2013

COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course, you will learn the basic and advanced commands and features of Microsoft Project 2013. You will learn how to create and modify task lists, establish a project schedule, create calendars, assign resources to tasks, track costs, and work with different views and tables. You will learn how to work with templates, create baseline plans, monitor and update projects, analyze project statistics, handle delays and conflicts, create reports, consolidate project files, share resources, and customize Project. By the end of this course, you will be prepared to pass the MS Project 2013 exam.

DURATION: 6 hours

PREREQUISITES

  • Familiarity with using a computer.
